Request Attempt#5: Tara Norma

To get myself back into the groove of things after the evacuation, I finally finish another requested piece.

This request was from , who wanted to see one of her OC's, Tara Norma. Tara is a fire fairy and a cop during the 80's. I didn't know if she was a beat cop for New York or any other actual real town so I just made one up. 

Though it did take some time to work on, I had some fun with it.
