Oh, Poor Unfortunate Soul

Personally I think Ariel is the most gullible out of all the disney princesses. Mostly because she took Ursula's word all for granted. Sure you could argue that she's young and naive, but even a young person should show a little common sense now and then. Especially when swimming among Ursula's other victims (that's a BIG red flag).

And today's pic is again Ariel as Mara Jade being her gullible self and tempted to the darkside by Empress Ursula. Kind of digs the knife deeper don't you think?

Now, I'm not sure if this is cannon but according to the dark horse comics, Mara was once part of the Emperor's royal guard (hence why Ariel is garbed in red armor). The Emperor had sense the force through her and recruited her to be the Emperor's hand. Like I said, I'm not sure its true but I would like to know. Feel free to comment, I would appreciate it.
