I'm going to try and post concept art there everyday as sneak peeks for the comic. I had to redesign Olaf a bit from his debut page because he was starting to look like a hulked out ghost rider with pixelated flames coming off of his skull.
Olaf here acts as Elsa's guardian and her first or final result to get rid of unwanted Programs depending on her mood. He's never far from her; in fact, he's usually behind her throne within the shadows.

Overall
Vision Originality Technique
Impact1. I think you nailed down the body size and facial structure to the ice giant in Frozen pretty well
2. Yeah color usage obviously from Tron have to be simple to two colors so you nailed that down too.
3. My only problem is well (just my opinion) I felt the design is a bit simple, I felt as a tron costume design there were to be a bit more details within the lines and shapes that the neon lights made on their costumes. ( but it is your design so I understand of making it different.) I mean I know it for a comic and it is a hassle to redraw a lot of design over and over. But I dunno I felt there too much black parts and the blue parts for legs and arms are too blue. I know the neon parts will look cool. In what I think could look a bit better (my opinion again) Maybe put some black around the blue parts of the arms and legs and put couple of rings of blue in some parts of the black parts of the body.
4. Definitely like what you trying to do with the description you gave of his background. I think this cross between Frozen and tron is pretty unique.
Overall I think everything is pretty good, just a bit of details is needed in my opinion because this is a big fella, and with Tron reference on top of it I thought it needed at least some rings or some more neon lines.
