Happy Official Mother's Day everyone!
If there's one scene that I could try explain the creation of the bond that Kitty and Susan have, it is this scene.
Kitty did run out of the Ed and Susan's wedding at the church where she ran to hide at Anna's grave site. The wedding was the boiling point after months of frustration watching Susan quickly enter into both her and her father's lives (in fact the Engel family really like Susan, going as far as saying she was a worthy choice for Ed's new wife).
It was Susan and Susan alone who went after Kit in the rain, finding her sitting next to a grave stone crying. She reassured Kitty that she didn't want to replace her mother but just wanted to be part of her life, as she grew attached to Kitty in the last few years. The only thing Kitty could do was just to bury herself into Susan and cry uncontrollably, calling her the first of many times... Mor.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactOkay, your idea is touching, it is something that makes us invision the plot, feeling the connection to within the art. I also noticed the rain effects you made; not something easy to make, neither something anyone is able to, but the rain drops could be smaller, don't you think?
Until I gave it a zoom, I didn't even notice the lyrics right there, you should work on that. Give it something to stand out without seeming to despise the drawing itself, which is one of the main elements in the picture. I also considere the lack of some lightning effects, like, let's say more shimmer to her hair so you can understand it's wet. More shading,therewell.
You did a great job on the girl and all and the idea of the wedding gown is really original. Congrats!
